The coffee has done noting but continue to he fantastic! The only downside is we will only see them once! But just the nice rotating mo thly flavour is really nice. Wish we had just a touch more as they run out about a week before the next so have to pad out our coffee supply. But still. Amazing!

Smooth flavors
The first few bags of the roaster's choice club subscription have featured unique, smooth regional flavors. I enjoyed each of them, and I especially loved the Colombian blend. I am no savant who can describe subtle notes within the roasts, but it is a great change to my routine. I usually just brewed a classic Folgers pot every day prior to this subscription.

Full-bodied, smoky, and cozy.
I was a little mixed on the Ethiopian single origin at first, but it's grown on me quite a bit. It's got the smokiness and long smooth aftertaste that I look for in Sumatran beans, but it's also got a faint sweetness and almost "starchiness" (for lack of a better term) which is probably where they got the 'pie crust' taste note from. I hope that in the future we can get this roast as a permanent (or at least once-in-a-while) choice!
