They’re a bit too lose, so you do need to put back in place during the night. I’ve stopped using them though mainly because my hair seems more unruly the following day then if I use a silk pillowcase and just keep my hair down

I bought the long one a short one, the short one is great but my hair has grown now. The long one fits better and stays on BUT the silk is only on the outside, so I have to wear it inside out - looks a little funny - don't know if I received a dud one but it will do for now.
