Yellowstone Version 2 Jacket

Warm, Heavy jacket

I thought about this jacket for some time before buying. Its pluses include overall look, color and warmth. However, you really need to like the style to accept its heavy weight and boxy style. I'm not a fan of the subtle graphic on the right shoulder, either. This jacket is warm on colder days but is too heavy to wear outside of late Fall through Winter. It's also not as effective as lighter/warmer technical jackets, so it's strong suit is style. I give it 3 stars for looking good, but otherwise don't find it to be a practical barn coat (too bulky) or snow jacket (not warm enough) and cannot return it as a "final sale".

Beautifully made coat. Sized correctly. Very comfortable. Looking forward to wearing it many years.
