Beware of companies that do not have easy access to customer service. There is no one to call, only a “contact us” email. That should’ve been my red flag that this company was shady. This company is skilled at bait and switching. They trick you into ordering and then string you along after they take your money without delivering This process has taken over a six weeks and is still in limbo. I was initially told that one of the items was on back order. That’s understandable. They said it would be in in a week so I placed my order. But that was a lie. I waited a month until I was given notification that it was being sent. I received the order but it was incomplete. I’ve complained several times to management. I still have no ETA on my part. But they were more than happy to accept full payment upfront for this incompetence and lack of transparency.
