Amazing! I got the lemon flavor so it was a little sour but still delicious, almost like a sour candy. But it really helped me meet my goals. I take it every morning after my workouts, and it helps hold me down until I get home and make breakfast.

A little too sweet but hitting my protein goals

It took some time to get used to it bc it is sweet. I mix it with more water and like it that way. It keeps me from snacking too much and I hit my protein goals. I will repurchase.
