Costumer service is fantastic I changed my delivery address and size by emailing the company and they were very helpful!!
coat is gorgeous and I took one bigger since it runs a little small

Poor quality
Not like previous years .. I’ve purchased at least 6 of these coats and this years product is definitely a different coat made of cheaper material and subpar quality .. not happy with this purchase
