Double U

Well made but runs on the small side. The convenience of the adjustable straps is wonderful as I put these sandals through their paces with a trip to Paris. With averaging 18000 steps per day being adjustable meant they were could be loosened as my feet swelled. What couldn’t be adjusted was the length. I am a size 7 and have always been able to just grab the size anywhere and go without issue. I found that my heel was constantly landing on the edge of the back of the sandal. It made for an uncomfortable day. I love the shoe other wise and wish they came in half sizes. I would order Avon but go 1/2 size bigger next time. I found the same thing with the runners I also purchased. Ties hitting the the top and narrow for the toe bed.

love these- so comfortable I can wear them all day right from day 1. No breaking in period.

The Double U sandal has surpassed my preferred Prize and Trophy sandals for fit and stability and looking great. The placement of the strap over the arch makes all the difference for me. I bought three pairs!
