Description
These small lake smelt are headed, gutted and individually frozen for convenient preparation. Wild caught in Estonia and approximately 2–3 inches long, they are excellent lightly breaded and fried until crisp.

Fantastic smelt
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely great smelt. They arrived individually frozen to Northwest Washington. I grew up on Lake Huron but moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1980 and hadn’t had any since. Perfect size. Will be ordering again soon. Thanks, Joe
