Love the Dualfire 1200

I have really enjoyed my smoker thus far the only thing that bothers me about it is that as a first time buyer you don’t get anything else other then the smoker not even a cover for the smoker. You pay quite a bit of money for this smoker and yet still have to pay even move for a bunch of add ons, not even a little tester package to test with your smoker and again NO COVER included. I mean you would think the best way to get customers to come back to buying more from recteq is giving them the start up. A foil cover for the drip bucket, a foil cover for the drip plate in the bigger chamber, A grate cleaner, something… this is how you get people to buy more from you and appreciate you as a company. Already a great company just disappointed I paid so much, to be not appreciated as much as I thought I would for picking recteq. I did months of research on picking a smoker so show a little appreciation to your future customers, a little goes a long ways. Best of luck recteq, still very happy I have this smoker!

Dual Fire

The first time I used it I had all of my family over and I smoked a lot of meat and everything came out great ! So yes I love it ! Takes a lot of the guesswork out of keeping the temperature .

So far so good

No problems, relatively easy to assemble! I've made a few steaks and chicken on it so far and one brisket (17hr cook) ran flawlessly! Except when I forgot to load the hopper before bed, lol!
