The egg rug is not as plush as I was expecting from the reviews, which is a bit disappointing. And there's no cute little extra dot for shine on the yolk, like it shows in the photos. Which seems minor but it's a little detail that made us choose this rug over others! It was also quite dirty when it arrived, with hair and fluff on it... None of it the worst in the world, just overall a bit disappointing for such an expensive bath mat!
Customer service was incredible though, very patient with me when I messed up the sizing on my first order and were so so helpful to fix it! 10/10, Calvin, you're a legend.
