Amazing rings and even better customer service!
I purchased 5 rings from this shop, then realized the sizes I ordered were going to be too small for my chubby little fingers. I emailed Kate, and asked to cancel and reorder. I got a response immediately. Instead of making me go through the whole rigmarole of canceling and ordering again, she was gracious enough to adjust the order for me. She went even further and helped me figure out what sizes would fit best! When I received she included a couple of extra rings as a little treat! The rings are stunning and fit perfectly. But it’s the incredible customer service that will have me coming back to this shop for more!
