Im glad i had only bought a sample. The soft waxes were a miss for me and hoped the hard might get me on board. Ive used on multiple people for facial waxing and I was stumped because I would take the strip off and it didnt grab anything. I was so perplexed. I used it on a couple brazillians and it did ok with grabbing those hairs. Again almsot too gentle for me.
