This product is way better in person have to buy to really appreciate the work done making this ,looks even better once your add your decor and little friend in it ,the customer service was top tier,stayed in contact even though I know they had to be busy with all those fire enclosures they’re building around the clock ,also it was very easy to put on the 27 gal tote hassle free .would give more stars if I could .
