Multi shower filter

Overall I am happy with my multi shower head filter; however, the directions were not easy to understand. It leaked when I put it up and my brother took it apart and discovered the inner rubber ring was not staying seated and would get in the way of keeping closed; hence the leak. He put vaseline on the inside to correct the problem temporarily and I called to have a new ring sent as this one got bent from being the slot connecting the filter head and shower head. Hopefully I will get this so I can stop the leak.

Filter is easy to install. Works great. I have family members with extremely sensitive skin and this helps them greatly!
