Drooping Showerhead

While the water output of the product is fine, the device appears to have a manufacturing or design flaw that causes the showerhead to droop down ( e.g., if I want to point the Showerhead more towards the middle and back of the shower I cannot as it does not stay where I point it and always droops down). It appears to be related to the weight of the filter cartridge and/or a fault ball joint perhaps? I engaged your folks on line with a question about how to address the problem but never heard bac from anyone. Not sure I would purchase another Canopy product.

I love the showerhead-it was very easy to install and the water pressure is really good. My only complaint is the filter only lasted a month and 1/2 but I know that is more due to my water so I just had my replacement sent early. I don't notice a huge difference in my skin but hair does feel softer.

So far so good

Installation as advertised. I can feel the difference in the water quality. Too early to tell if all of the skin and hair benefits are occurring. My wife feels that her hair has a better texture.
