My parcel arrived in a timely manner & I was a little disappointed when I saw the colour of the bag. Then I saw the note which explained why. Instead of holding up my order because of a shortage of the right bag they shipped the contents in another bag & will ship the right coloured bag when it becomes available. Now that's customer service. 😊 I love the bright orange awning ties & having them all in one bag is such a good idea.
