Canon AE-1 Program

Great customer service! Bought my first ever film camera from them and they answered all of my questions, made recommendations even gave me some tips and tricks just an all around perfect experience.

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I only took two photos before the camera jammed and stopped advancing film. A technician confirmed the film advance mechanism is broken and would be expensive to repair. This camera was sold as fully functional, but it clearly wasn’t. For $345, I expected a working product. I’m requesting a refund or replacement.
