Always consistent in roast, brew, and fullness in flavor, I count on Night Shift to be the stalwart of my morning - and frankly, just about all day long every single day. The flavor of this roast is very full-bodied and exactly as described. Personally, I use this particular blend both for drip coffee as well as espresso - equally delicious in either manner.
