Field Folio A5

Folio A5 was exactly what I was looking for.

I have other folios but this one is perfect. Fits everything I need for the day and the best part is it zips up and gives me confidence I won’t lose anything.

I would give a 4.75 star review if I could. The material is great, and the appearance is great. The whole appeal to me was to have multiple notebooks, divided, but in the same place and store some pens, pencils, and index cards. This A5 field folio is perfect for that, and because it zips I can toss in little extras with no worries they’ll fall out. Overall size is pretty perfect as well. I don't feel like I'm writing tiny notes with a million line breaks and wasting pages. Also, the whole folio fits into my computer bag conveniently. My ONLY complaint is that fitting more than a couple writing instruments into the folio prevents a “lay flat” writing capability in your first journal or two. If they made an add-on pen board with a lay-flat cover, or offered a pen board option for the interior front cover that had a lay flat cover I would have gotten that. That said, this isn't a real problem if you only have a couple pens. I have been carrying at least 2 pens and 2 pencils all the time. I have read some folks complaining about the zipper operation, but I can operate it fine without sitting the folio down for two-handed zipper pulling. So, I don't see the issue there. Overall, 100% recommend it!

Still getting used to it but so far I love it! The zipper is the most critical feature for me. Without it I’d live in fear of losing items. I’ve got 4 notebooks for different things and a set of several pens and it still has plenty of room for an ereader. I also got a nomad tracker card for it. Very pleased. So much so I ordered the field bag to carry it!
