Love these inserts. I've tried a ton of others, but these work best for me. They are supportive and comfortable but not so thick that they make shoes fit too tight. I use them in running and golf shoes. I have Mortons neuroma so I use these with a small neuroma pad mid foot covered a layer of moleskin. Works perfect. I've worn them out of box without the pad as well, fit & feel great. Highly highly recommend.
