Pro Trainer (Pastel)

My dissatisfaction has more to do with the online purchase than the product itself. When I ordered, I selected what any reasonable person would have understood to be 3 pair for the stated price. After receiving my order, there was only 1 pair in the package. There was never any indication that I had to do anything else or differently to get the “3 for 1” pricing (for lack of a better description). There was also a “buy 3 get 3 free” promotion I tried to exercise but outright couldn’t get it to work. That probably should have been my first indication that your e-commerce isn’t working properly. Very disappointing because I love the product and have been using them for years. This will likely discourage me from future purchases, at the very least directly though your website.
