They are beautiful but the very first wear the loop on the back of the shoe broke. I reached out to customer service and they want me to pay for shipping back to them. Looking at the craftwork of the shoe. All amazing materials but that loop is holding on by the thinnest thread. It’s also glued to foam. For such an expensive shoe I would expect better craftsmanship and for them to pay for the return label. Won’t be buying from them again. It’s really unfortunate I love the aesthetic.
