The Glow Tree

I have chased this company for a refund: -Boxes have arrived crushed -They are not in the nice box shown in the advertisement -I do not think there are enough beads and wires I think I need more green beads -I was expecting the final tree to be taller. -instructions are not clear -don’t think they are the standard I would expect after paying almost £25 for each tree. Feel like I have been scammed.
