What's not to love!

I got bought this as a gift for my birthday, when I ran out recently I bought some more as it's so, so good! Smells amazing and just like Creed Aventus, and the aroma lasts all day. I was up-sold with the Rome shower gel too and I'm so glad I was! It all arrived yesterday and again I couldn't be happier! All smells great and the price is as always, amazing. Thank you!

Non existent customer service

I ordered the wrong size, so immediately tried ro amend my order. The website wouldnt let me do it, so I emailed customer services, but heard nothing and the product was still sent. So I have tried to contact customer service 3 times since to try to arrange an exchange, by email and via a number I found online. Still no reply...

Not For Me

Thought it smelt like a tomato plant which is fine for a greenhouse but not for me unfortunately! I gave it away to someone who was happy with it though so at least it wasn’t wasted. I should have ordered the 5ml bottle to see if I liked it first instead of diving straight into ordering the 100ml bottle, lesson learned!
