Pumps work fine. They do need to be cut down to fit in the 10oz shampoo and conditioner bottles

So Sad I don’t know how to unlock the pump
I was super excited to get my pump! Put it onto my bottle, tossed the cap and planned for my next shower/shampoo. When it camp time to pump, I couldn’t get it to work! I tried pushing in, pulling up, spinning left and right. Argh. I finally gave up, pulled the pump, poured in water,
Shook up the bottle and dumped some conditioner water on my head. Not exactly the curliscious experience.
