Poor packaging of delivered product

This has not been fully constructed as of this writing. But i unhappy with the amount and type of packaging the item was deliverd. It was not delivered in a box; rather the pieces were wrapped in newsprint, rubber banded, and put into a USPS padded mailer. NO BOX When we opened the newsprint the 'marble' immediately fell onto our floor and took us quite a bit of time to find it. Had the product been in a box, the marble would have been easier for us to secure prior to removing the remaining contnts If this is how this company shipped their products,I am not sure i will be buying another product again

Level One - Completed!

I loved it! Once I began I knew I would not stop. I got through it much faster than expected by following the instructions for each step. It was very satisfying to complete it and then be able to display it. That was my trial. I also purchased the Pro and I’m worried that once I start I will not want to quit until I complete that one. I’m a 60+ year old and I may be a bit heavy handed. I was concerned about breaking the pieces when trying to fit them together a few times. Waiting to hear and feel the snap when the part is in place. No accidents occurred thankfully. Looking forward to the Pro next!

Puzzles are a Gift Favorite

Bought these for my son and my son-in-law who are very hard to please. They are engineers and think alike but different from the rest of the family. I'd say they both were surprised and enjoyed them. According to them - the Game is Afoot! They made gift giving much easier for me! Thanks! I'll be back!
