Deeper meditation

When young I would sometimes just sit in St. John’s Cathedral to smell the dwelling incense and candles burning, it was the smell of prayers in upward motion and the closeness of God’s love cleansing your soul. It brought such inner peace. The essence from all of the candles burning and the infusions bring me that same feeling while meditating at home. I love the smells and the wonderful spiritual feeling it washes over me.
