Spilled all over bag

Arrived open and spilled. There was oil all over the envelope, the mail, other packages, my floor, my hands. Why would you send oil in a padded envelope? More than half of it is gone.

Arrived open and spilled. There was oil all over the envelope, the mail, other packages, my floor, my hands. Why would you send oil in a padded envelope? More than half of it is gone.
