Previously, every pair of boots I purchased were Ariat. I recently decided to purchase a pair of American alligator boots. I have nothing negative to say about Ariat, but chose to give Vaccari a try. The reviews I read were positive and they were a fraction of the cost. They were comfortable right out of the box and look great! Because of a sizing issue, I worked with their Customer Service team. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared about my experience and the overall outcome. I will happily buy from Vaccari again.
