New to Kimchi, I liked it!
I've never had kimchi before, but I liked it and will definitely order again.
I eat it for lunch with one of those cheater microwave rice pouches & a bag of pea pods. Sometimes leftover broccoli and leftover meat or seared tofu join the fun.
My mom used to roast cabbage with hit dogs on top covered with a can of plain tomato sauce in my grandmother's ancient cast iron casserole dish from Ireland. Well, I made a grown up version for the newish millennium with a layer of rough chopped kimchi, then whole chicken sausages and diced fresh tomatoes in top. Cook at 425 until the sausages are cooked and the tomatoes start to brown. It was pretty darn good! Serve it with your favorite noodles or rice & you're eating in about 30 minutes.

Excellent
I have never had this type of product before, but always wanted to try. It turned out to be my favorite. When I ran out, I tried a few products from the store. I learned very quickly that nothing compares to this brand.

Delicious Classic Kimchi
My husband and I were stationed in Korea. We really enjoy kimchi. The Fermented Classic Kimchi is absolutely amazing. It is incredibly fresh and the perfect amount of spices. I will be buying it on a regular basis.
