Ceramic Tray – Duo Leopard

I love the product, but it was too small for the space where I wanted to use it, so I tried to find out how to return the item. I have tried 4 times to contact them, but not one reply. I’ve sent two emails and called them twice only to get a recording that their voicemailbox is full. The 1 star rating is for their horrible customer service. I will never buy another thing from them.
