So simple, yet so effective, when installing the 'Stud-Finder' MCB bridge. It's amazing that no one in Kalamazoo figured this out seventy plus years ago. Combined with the 'Stud-Finder' MCB bridge, the results on my '55 Goldtop are nothing short of 'revolutionary', literally. Highly recommended for any 'stop bar', 50's Gibson electrics.

Works as intended. Sometimes both the stud and the tightening screw move together if you don’t loosen the strings enough, but that’s only an issue if you’re being lazy.
