Amazing Customer Service!
I was so impressed by the service I received from Pompomz! I ordered a custom 6 compartment tea box, which was ready for pickup within just a few days, as I had requested. Once I got home, I noticed a crack in the box and contacted Pompomz. They immediately corrected the problem and even gave me a bigger size tea box, which was ready for pickup within a day or two - this was before Pesach so I am sure they were busy! Thank you for the excellent service and beautiful product! Our hosts absolutely loved it!
