Dear Coolway Team,
I purchased this pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, who is a big fan of your brand. She owns two pairs that she originally bought in Europe, and both are labeled as US 7 / EU 37.
Based on that sizing, I ordered a US 7 from your US website. However, after placing the order, I checked your size chart and noticed that US 7 corresponds to EU 38 in the US market. I am now concerned that the shoes may fit her too large.
The issue is that she will not be able to try them on until after December 28th, which appears to be the last day to request a return or exchange if needed.
I kindly ask if you could please assist me with a solution, specifically, whether it would be possible to wait until after December 28th for her to try the shoes on, and still be eligible for an exchange if the size is not correct.

I wanted to love this company and love these shoes, but I didn’t think the color matched the photos online. I reached out to customer service over 7 times about returning or exchanging and they have yet to say anything to me at all. Very disappointing.
