Standard Soft Brush Head Refill

They life /quality of this is less than expected. Less than 30 day before wear is obvious and replacement needed soon. Replaced battery for toothbrushe base, stopped working since after messing with it. Still not working

This was their third time (out of 4) losing an item in transit. They replaced it for free, yes, but they gave me a dead battery with it. Its also incredibly difficult to remove the head without breaking it. I tried to replace the battery but broke the head in the process.

Brush head falls off constantly even after securing it. Toothpaste is great.
