Truffle Chèvre

I love truffles and so I ordered this and I am so happy. It satisfies my urges just spreading this on a piece of bread. Years ago I got a book on making my own vegan cheeses and since then I bought many types are vegan cheeses but nothing has ever compared to this.

Might be my favorite so far! I wasn't ready for this one . . . They have all been incredible, but this Truffle Chevre in a quesadilla was enough to make my eyes roll back in my head in some kind of foodie ecstasy!

I thought I would never get to taste this flavor again!

it's just incredible that you can make something taste like chevre! It's such a gift and a luxury to be able to have this flavor again as a vegan and I'm so grateful!!
