Nailed It

I honestly didn’t think a dairy-free Parmesan could taste this close to the real thing, but Rebel Cheese absolutely nailed it. The flavor, the salty bite, and that classic Parmesan finish were astonishingly authentic. As someone with alpha-gal syndrome who’s basically a forced “vegan,” finding products like this is such a treat. I never thought I’d enjoy Parmesan again, but this one exceeded every expectation. Another one I can’t wait to order again!

Excellent. Spot on taste

The Parmesan taste is spot on authentic. I love it sliced with pears or apples for lunch or crumbled on my pasta dishes. A winner!!
