Hard to say what I love about this, nothing really magical like a fruity Ethiopian. But way more complex than a plain breakfast blend. More personality than the 1776. Not a huge bloom, but it gets a wee fizzy. Great smell right out of the grinder. Buttery and nutty. I've been hand grinding medium, alternating between Aeropress and V60. Delicious cup either way. The mug is also great. Glad I picked one up.
