pretty and great customer service

for some reason the post office had issues with my order and returned it to the sender, but Andy was super nice about it and reshipped it for free! the ring is gorgeous. my only concern is that it was bigger than expected (not sure if the sizing is different?) for reference I ordered a 6 to wear on my ring finger, but it ended up being loose even on my middle finger where I normally wear size 7. the ring on my middle finger is a size 7 vitaly one. it’s okay because I just wear it on my pointer finger now, but I probably could’ve ordered as small as a 4 for my ring finger
