Flower Threaded Flat Back Stud (Single)

I have purchased awesome necklaces, bracelets, and rings from this company. I do not understand why they designed such awful earrings. It would have been so easy to design these correctly. The earrings are "backwards": The long part you insert through the piercing is in the back, which makes them impossible to use. The front piece, with the cute flower, barely has a protrusion for inserting into the back piece. I wasted $51 plus whatever taxes and shipping for three of this kind earring and I cannot use them. Even if I'd known to get the 8mm for my earlobes, instead of the 6mm, I think they'd still be unusable. I just don't understand why a company would design and market these the way they have. Major fail. Don't waste your money!
