Floating LED light

The light is pretty cool in the dark. I usually use the ice plung in the morning so it is not as useful but if you plan to plunge at night I would recommend it for the ambiance, especially if you live with a fellow plunger that you can leave it on for like a little surprise.

At first I thought this was just going to be a cool little accessory… but it actually changes the whole feel of the plunge. The light floats perfectly and gives off a really nice glow in the water, especially early morning or at night. It turns what used to feel like jumping into an ice bucket into something that actually feels more like a mini recovery spa. And honestly, when you’re mentally preparing to sit in freezing water, having something that looks this cool in the pod somehow helps convince your brain that this was a good idea. Simple idea, but it adds a lot to the experience. If you like cold plunging in the morning or evening, this is a really fun upgrade. Plus it makes the pod look awesome in photos and videos if you like sharing your plunge journey.
