Magnesium Spray Bundle

I have been using Magnesium Oil Spray for over 2 months now and it has helped greatly with my sleep, as night shift worker I only manage to get about 5 hours of interrupted sleep a day. Although I don't tend to sleep for much longer, it seems to put me into a deeper sleep and I feel like I can manage to get through the day. As I am on my feet all shift, I have also noticed my feet don't tend to hurt as much either. The 100ml travel pack is great for going away. We recently when on a very hectic 10 day tour and I believe the Oil helped with both the fast pace of the tour and the unfortunate problem of not sleeping in your own bed.
