Takes getting used to

I was excited to use thee to reduce plastics, and for hygiene reasons when cutting up meat. But it does take a lot of getting used to, sensorily especially. The metal on metal feels a bit grating. Plus the knives do degrade quicker, which is why it comes with a sharpener. I probably wouldn't re-purchase but this will definitely be with me for a while since I dont want to throw it away/
