I bought the elite one think it was the sport one. But I really prefer the sport one for the feeling and the taste. The elite one taste powdery

Gets me ready

Great for getting ready for your workout. Once at the gym I get a better lift or run. Can be a little tart first thing in the morning but it’s effective.

Energy and taste!

I’m often skeptical about pre workouts because I do not like the jitters. This delivers on taste, gives the energy I need, and includes a little protein and creatine. How great is that? This melonade flavor… 20/10
