Given as a Christmas gift
Although I cannot describe the taste since I bought and gave as a Christmas present.
I can attest to the quality of the other flavors.
Spicy-Coffee-Banas Foster- Sea salt
are all absolutely amazing.

Bourbon caramels
WOW! We were blown away by the flavor of these caramels. We took a shot at purchasing them from the Apple Harvest in PA. By the time we got them home we realized that we should have purchased more, so a few weeks later we placed an order for these and two other flavors for Thanksgiving. Needless to say, they were devoured by our crowd and very much enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Same great quality caramel, but not my favorite flavor
I think bourbon turns out to be a harder flavor to add to things than anticipated. I adore Hope's Caramels and am also a bourbon lover, but my reaction to this new flavor I expected to love was a little "meh" -- indifference. Not bad (no Hope's Caramels could be bad!), but not as yummy as many of the other choices, and a little hard to identify as bourbon.
