Vaquero wasn’t my first choice when I read the flavor profile, but after absolutely loving Beaverslide, I wanted to try everything Phillipsburg produces. Vaquero quickly became one of my favorites. My subscription rotates through different coffees, but Vaquero has stayed a constant. If you haven’t tried it yet, you won’t be disappointed.
