Great product, HORRIBLE shipping times.

I really enjoy the product, and believe I have started to see results. But the shipping times, (3-4 business days), are wildly inaccurate. I have placed two separate orders and there is a lack of communication on delivery, nor have I recevied them in a timely manor. I am on day 10 post placing an order, still no product or communication on when it will be delivered.
