Red Mulberry

I planted them about a month ago and had some concerns as I couldn’t see any signs of budding just 2 weeks ago. However upon returning to the farm yesterday both have now begun to bud and are ready to produce leaves. Very excited to see them grow and looking forward to seeing the progress over the summer.

All are alive, started moving them from the pots here in Hackensack, to my property i the Catskills. It's been dry up there but I watered them this weekend. Showers predicted for Monday and Tuesday. I'll send pictures next time I'm up there. Hoping to plant a couple of your apples next

We had a very cold April and May after an unseasonably warm March. Most of the above ground wood died but after 6 weeks a new sprout has emerged just above ground level. So far, so good.
