They didn’t follow deliver instructions and just left an outside my building, which is not safe at all and someone could just steal it so that’s really frustrating

I told them to skip the last weeks order and it was still delivered and the ice packs were completely melted and containers stuck to each other. I was not too happy. All containers were defrosted and at air temperature were as they should be kept cold until ready to eat.
