I am a type 2 and wanted something that has good flavor but won't set me up for failure. These do the trick. A bit pricey but that's kind of what I figured for what they are. Been eating these for most of 2 years now.
I really like the peanut butter ones.

I'm enjoying box cereals that i pick out myself being type 1 for 51 years. I can eat cold cereal without spiking my blood sugars high. I really enjoy the fruity flavored one is the best.

Magic Spoon cereals
Bundle brings nice variety of flavors, makes for easy and satisfying breakfast. I add a couple spoonfuls of granola for added flavor to each bowl.
